About 10 years ago I heard about meditation and became interested in the subject. After researching I was able to see that there was some information available, and several aspects of the practice. Later, I spoke to an aunt who meditated regularly, and she told me about its benefits and guided me: I lit a candle, incense, put on relaxing music and sat on the floor with my legs crossed for about 15, 20 minutes.
